Job Description:
  • Manage Customer’s products and services coming from all the web properties of Customer, analyze demographics, website trends, performance metrics, and competitive trends to drive web traffic towards the web properties
  • Track the client journey and recommend optimizations to:
    • Improve traffic on Customer’s website and time spent on Customer’s website
    • Ensure clients complete the website journey
    • Increase the number of forms filled by visitors to Customer’s website and the number of enquiries made by visitors through Customer’s website
  • Analyse large datasets of web behaviour trends (via Adobe Analytics) to provide actionable insights on engagement, conversion funnels, ROI, etc.
  • Monitor the impact that changes to Customer’s website have on Customer’s business and marketing efforts
  • Define and deliver at-scale user segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing analysis based on such user segmentation
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on direct queries in respect of websites. Analyze databases and logs to produce such reports
  • Web report that details how the web team is creating, executing and optimizing its process to assist Customer in reaching its goals for:
    • % of visitors finding what they are looking for
    • Number of form fills
Qualifications:

Management degree or equivalent

Years of Experience:

2 to 4  years of relevant work experience

Compensation:

As per industry standards
