Job Description:
  • Execute monthly and quarterly social media strategy and goals across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and prepare a detailed activity level plan for the purposes of seeking to:
    • Improve engagement and brand awareness
    • Improve number of visits to the websites
    • Generate leads through social channels
  • Create a regular publishing schedule for the content designed, created, curated, and managed
  • Report and provide analysis on social media presence and performance on goals. Compile reports for management showing results, including ROI
  • Recommend optimization tactics consistent with any applicable Service Levels agreement arising thereunder; ensure timely responses to customers, followers’ queries and comments
  • Provide data-oriented insights on habits of online clients and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  • Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (i.e. employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the Customer’s marketing and online review building)
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Develop expand, and implement community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Export/generate social media report that details how the social media team is creating, executing and optimizing the plan to assist Customer in reaching it goals for:
    • Engagement rates
    • Number of visits to websites
Qualifications:

Relevant Degree

Years of Experience:

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
