Job Description:
  • Provide services for various aspects of content including content writing, design, video and translation
  • Provide quality content that is aligned with Customer’s applicable brand guidelines (as made available to Supplier from time to time) that can be used across multiple channels including social and online channels
  • Responsible for the tone of the voice of content by adhering to Customer’s applicable brand guidelines (as communicated to Supplier from time to time) across all internal and external channels
  • Create work templates for standard projects (e.g., blogs, brochures, case studies, spec sheets, white papers, and web pages) and be responsible for the general standard of creative design, templates, brand guidelines and style sheets
  • Responsible for the aesthetic look, feel and quality of content and seek to provide alternative, creative solutions
  • Support adaptation/edits and reflow of marketing collateral and campaigns as required for both print and online media and work closely with stakeholders in the Primary Support Team during conception, review and production stages of marketing campaigns through regular meetings and daily sync ups (applicable to Secondary Support Offshore Team leads and Traffic Coordinator)
  • Perform appropriate process checks and controls on submitted work requests and perform appropriate process quality checks and controls on released jobs
  • Perform the above mentioned responsibilities for the following work requests:
    1. Authoring “one (1) pagers”
    2. Editing content
    3. Troubleshooting guides
    4. Installation guides
    5. Process documents
    6. Technical specifications and product specifications
    7. User manuals
    8. Content migration and digitization
    9. Technical illustration

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism or Communication

Years of Experience:

4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
