Job Description:
  • Responsible for adherence to Customer’s Brand guidelines for all the incoming content and work requests, brand review and approvals, design, direction, and guidance regarding print and online marketing content. Responsible for ensuring that all marketing content adheres to the brand identity of Customer
  • Function as the primary responder for brand support, fielding questions and inquiries, consulting with appropriate parties when necessary and providing timely responses
  • Work with Customer’s brand development manager to develop guidelines and other documentation for brand direction. Develop appropriate branding for Customer and partner communications
  • Evaluate creative work against Customer’s brand identity principles (as communicated to Supplier from time to time) from all content producers (internal and creative agencies) and work with the appropriate Customer teams to improve brand application and overall marketing
  • Work with appropriate Customer teams to develop appropriate branding for Customer’s channels and partners
  • Assist in brand activation by providing reasonable training and consulting regarding application of Customer’s brand across various channels of communications to improve brand application and overall marketing
  • Oversee and manage translation services and associated workflows (such as those listed below), including coordination and management of any third party vendors responsible for providing translation
  • Monitor, listen and, respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Work closely with social, web, e-commerce, and marketing teams to identify new areas of concentration for social media and process improvements for tracking and analysis of the services provided hereunder
  • Work closely with Customer stakeholders to take the targets for “the numbers of leads to be generated”
  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness and quality of available data and analysis in respect of e-commerce
Qualifications:

Management degree or equivalent

Years of Experience:

8 to 10 years of relevant work experience

Compensation:

As per industry standards
