The chosen professional will oversee multiple global campaigns, translating them into imaginative digital and physical creatives to help create compelling customer experiences.
As a Creative Director at The Higher Pitch, you will:
- Develop and manage best-in-class creative products from concept to completion
- Set the creative vision for each of THP’s client projects
- Manage creative teams and tracks of work
- Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs
- Create visual prototypes or screens
- Extend existing visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes
- Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables
- Elevate the level of the work coming out of the creative team
- Collaborate with strategy, media, account, and business development teams to manage client expectations and identify newer ways of impacting customer experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mainstream Arts or Liberal Arts from a reputed college/university
Years of Experience:
8 to 12 years of relevant work experience. Tenures at mid-sized or large advertising or digital agencies is a must. The candidate must be well-versed with the functioning of multi-national digital agencies and/or should have dealt with global clients.
