Job Description


CONTENT HOUSE & BRAND -TRACK LEAD

Content House & Brand -Track Lead
  • Responsible for adherence to Customer’s Brand guidelines
  • Responsible for brand review and approvals, design, direction, and guidance regarding print and online marketing content
  • Responsible for ensuring that all marketing content adheres to the brand identity of Customer
  • Function as the primary responder for brand support, fielding questions and inquiries, consulting with appropriate parties, when necessary, and providing timely responses
  • Develop appropriate branding for Customer and Partner communications

Lead/ Senior Writer

Lead/Senior Writer
  • Provide services for various aspects of content including content writing, design, video and translation
  • Provide quality content that is aligned with Customer’s applicable brand guidelines (as made available to Supplier from time to time) and that can be used across multiple channels including social and online channels
  • Responsible for the tone of the voice of content by adhering to Customer’s applicable brand guidelines (as communicated to Supplier from time to time) across all internal and external channels

Writer

Writer
  • Provide quality content that is aligned with Customer’s applicable brand guidelines to be used across multiple channels including social and online channels
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the Primary Support Team, including category managers in the conception, review and production stages of marketing campaigns through regular meetings and daily sync ups (applicable to Secondary Support Offshore Team leads and Traffic Coordinator)
  • Edit and proofread (for spelling, punctuation and grammar) copy, and write social media content, blog posts and all media content

Production Designer 

Production Designer
  • Support adaptation/edits and reflow of marketing collateral and campaigns as required for both print and online media
  • Adapt artwork and reflow brochures, event materials, promotional items, digital campaigns, graphical designs for web, landing pages, and other marketing materials
  • Manage the resource allocation of work requests received via Customer’s applicable system to ensure that

PPT producer and Specialist

PPT producer and Specialist
  • Pro-efficient Powerpoint skills
  • Support adaptation/edits and reflow of marketing collateral and campaigns as required for both print and online media
  • Adapt artwork and reflow brochures, event materials, promotional items, digital campaigns, graphical designs for web, landing pages, and other marketing materials for new feature amendments/enhancements, market localization content, new product launches, etc.

Internal Comms Designer

Internal Comms Designer
  • Support adaptation/edits and reflow of marketing collateral, and campaigns as required for both print and online media
  • Adapt artwork and reflow brochures, event materials, promotional items, digital campaigns, graphical designs for web, landing pages, and other marketing materials for new feature amendments/enhancements, market localization content, new product launches etc.

Production Editor/Video Production Editor

Translation Coordinator

Translation Coordinator
  • To ensure that:
    • All work requests are dispatched in a timely manner to the appropriate operational resource within the Authoring, Design and Video teams, scheduled in Customer’s applicable system
    • Final deadlines are achieved throughout the lifecycle of a work request
  • Oversee and manage translation services and associated workflows, including coordination and management of any third party vendors responsible for providing translation

Brand Design and Activation Specialist

Brand Design and Activation Specialist
  • Manage various aspects of digital to support the demand generation activities across Customer’s digital properties
  • Coordinate with brand and content teams to design, create, curate, and manage original, high quality, engaging content (e.g., images, video, and written) and manage the publishing of such content on social channels
  • Provide data-oriented insights on habits of online clients and suggest ways to reach a broader audience

Digital Track Lead

Digital Track Lead
  • Responsible for adherence to Customer’s Brand guidelines for all the incoming content and work requests, brand review and approvals, design, direction, and guidance regarding print and online marketing content. Responsible for ensuring that all marketing content adheres to the brand identity of Customer
  • Function as the primary responder for brand support, fielding questions and inquiries, consulting with appropriate parties when necessary and providing timely responses

Web Analyst

Web Analyst
  • Manage Customer’s products and services coming from all the web properties of Customer, analyze demographics, website trends, performance metrics, and competitive trends to drive web traffic towards the web properties
  • Track the client journey and recommend optimizations to:
    • Improve traffic on Customer’s website and time spent on Customer’s website
    • Ensure clients complete the website journey

Analytics Analyst

Analytics Analyst
  • Centralized analytics capability for Customer’s marketing team including, but not limited to - social, e-commerce, demand generation, web, and events - to provide useful insights driven by data and statistical analysis
  • Work closely with social, web, e-commerce and marketing teams to identify new areas of concentration for social media and process improvements for tracking and analysis of the Services provided hereunder

eCommerece Marketing Analyst

eCommerce Marketing Analyst
  • Support all e-commerce platforms of Customer to assist in achieving its goal to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct Customer journey analysis across various devices and channels to optimize the e-commerce strategy to assist Customer in achieving its the goal of improved sales
  • Analyze and report category, brand and SKU-level data for recurring weekly and monthly reports related to e-commerce

Social Analyst

Social Analyst
  • Execute monthly and quarterly social media strategy and goals across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, and prepare a detailed activity level plan for the purposes of seeking to:
    • Improve engagement and brand awareness
    • Improve number of visits to the websites
    • Generate leads through social channels

Lead Management Analyst

Lead Management Analyst
  • Take leads from inbound and outbound efforts and traffic coming through web, events, social channels, forums etc. working closely to qualify the leads and pass on to Customer Sales team
  • Design and execute programs within Marketo
  • Make recommendations to optimize the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels

Marketo Specialist

Marketo Specialist
  • Support and execute the B2C and B2B digital demand generation strategy, including development of all inbound and outbound tactics, including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and workflows
  • Test and optimize the user experience to drive demand generation and conversion across all digital properties - including multivariate A/B testing
  • Manage all technical aspects of marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM integration

  • Pitch stories to the media, prepare media kits, and organize journalist meetings and press conferences, as required

  • Write press releases for clients, as well as articles and any other communication for organizational leaders
  • Release information to counter any negative publicity and handle crisis in the wake of any emergency

Creative Director
  • Develop and manage best-in-class creative products from concept to completion
  • Set the creative vision for each of THP’s client projects
  • Manage creative teams and tracks of work
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs

Copywriter

Copywriter
  • Develop creative concepts for content and copywriting
  • Collaborate with team members to transform creative briefs into deliverable results
  • Write, revise and edit all copy for websites, apps and other interactive communications channels
  • Build close working relationships with creative directors and designers; manage copy as needed
