Inside Sales / Lead Generation

Inside Sales / Lead Generation
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts along with the sales and delivery team; solicit new accounts; build rapport; provide company overview and high-level technical information around data technologies
  • Plan and run campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales leaders based in the North America region
  • Close new accounts by working with sales and delivery, involving multiple internal meetings and external discussions with the client

Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer
  • Meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
  • Estimate the time required to complete the work, and provide quotes for clients
  • Develop design briefs that suit the client's purpose
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and develop interactive design
  • Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

PR and Media Relations

PR and Media Relations
  • Pitch stories to the media, prepare media kits, and organize journalist meetings and press conferences, as required
  • Target print, digital, and electronic media in India for coverage
  • Write press releases for clients, as well as articles and any other communication for organizational leaders
  • Release information to counter any negative publicity and handle crisis in the wake of any emergency

Creative Director

Creative Director
  • Develop and manage best-in-class creative products from concept to completion
  • Set the creative vision for each of THP’s client projects
  • Manage creative teams and tracks of work
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs
  • Create visual prototypes or screens


  • Develop creative concepts for content and copywriting
  • Collaborate with team members to transform creative briefs into deliverable results
  • Write, revise and edit all copy for websites, apps and other interactive communications channels
  • Build close working relationships with creative directors and designers; manage copy as needed
  • Review project work, keeping consistency of design and messaging, strategic accuracy and adherence to client goals and brand guidelines top of mind
