Brand Design and Activation Specialist

Job Description:
  • Manage various aspects of digital to support the demand generation activities across Customer’s digital properties
  • Coordinate with brand and content teams to design, create, curate, and manage original, high quality, engaging content (e.g., images, video, and written) and manage the publishing of such content on social channels
  • Provide data-oriented insights on habits of online clients and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  • Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (i.e. employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the Customer’s marketing and online review building)
  • Receive requests from the Primary Support Team’s Production/Traffic Manager via the Traffic Coordinator, who will allocate requests to the appropriate team
  • Responsible for the aesthetic look, feel and quality of content and seek to provide alternative, creative solutions
  • Adapt artwork and reflow brochures, event materials, promotional items, digital campaigns, graphical designs for web, landing pages and other marketing materials for new feature amendments/enhancements, market localization content, new product launches etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the Primary Support Team in the conception, review, and production stages of marketing campaigns through regular meetings and daily sync-ups (applicable to Secondary Support Offshore Team leads and Traffic Coordinator)

Management degree or equivalent

Years of Experience:

4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
